About the Job
BUILD TECHNOLOGY THAT MATTERS:
Extreme Endeavors designs, builds and installs IoT, automation and SCADA systems for water and wastewater utilities throughout West Virginia and beyond. We have more projects running than ever, and we need someone to own them from start to finish.
As our Project Manager, you’ll take each project from planning through installation and customer sign-off, keeping schedules on track, people coordinated and customers informed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Plan and schedule projects; keep project schedules current.
- Coordinate technicians, engineering and subcontractors.
- Order materials and track deliveries.
- Track progress and deadlines, and flag projects that are falling behind.
- Keep customers and engineering firms updated.
- Make sure installations are tested, documented and signed off.
- Follow up with customers after installation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for the right person, not someone who checks every box. Experience managing projects in construction, utilities, manufacturing, electrical or a related field is helpful. Water/wastewater, controls or SCADA experience is a plus.

You’ll need to be:
- Highly organized, with strong follow-through.
- A clear communicator with customers, engineers and field crews.
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel to sites in West Virginia.
- Licensed to drive with a clean driving record.
